The sixdancers website, https://mysixdancers.com, (the Site) is owned and all rights reserved under sixdancers brand owner 上海桦惟萱文化传播有限公司 Shanghai Hua Wei Xuan Culturals Sdn Bhd （91310115MA1H833PX4）; appointed operating by “the company” My Sixdancers Enterprise (202003303723) of A-1507, 2nd Floor, Jalan Tanjung Api, 25050 Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia (‘sixdancers Malaysia’).

In this document ‘you’ refers to a user of the Site. The following terminology applies to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Owner” refers to site and brand owner; “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to appointed management company ‘sixdancers Malaysia’. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

By accessing, browsing, using, downloading any material or registering on the Site, you agree to these terms and conditions as amended from time to time and acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this document.

The Company

“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to appointed management company ‘sixdancers Malaysia’. My Sixdancers Enterprise (202003303723) of A-1507, 2nd Floor, Jalan Tanjung Api, 25050 Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia (‘sixdancers Malaysia’);

‘The company’ personals hold the role of shop manager at the platform www.mysixdancers.com; should maintain sixdancers branding professional image, and maintain the brand reputation, platform capabilities to manage products, coupons, platform courier and shipping, products orders, payment and expenses, feeds that are under shop manager backend support, and shall not override admin and owner capabilities;
Users, sponsor, affiliate, and partners confidential information such as user names, passwords, etc. of the customer’s data shall not be disclosed and will be kept confidential by ‘the company’ with integrity. If found, selling data, monopolizes or leaks of confidential information data, the appointment qualification will be revoked, and or will be pursued by law if found guilty.
Provides ‘owner company’ sales and marketing report every month.
Payment and transaction platform of www.mysixdancers.com is managed by ‘sixdancers Malaysia’, the company, takes full responsibility in managing transactions, refunds, invoices, reports and liabilities for the users, customers, sponsors, affiliates at the period of its appointment. All payment, sales payout, expenses shall be settling every month to all sponsor and affiliate, before the 10th, not more than 2 months from the 10th of the current payment month. ‘Owner company’ have the rights to monitor all the transaction activities.
All orders of customers, sponsors, affiliates, wholesaler is advisable to be carried out via the platform.
‘sixdancers Malaysia’ is not allowed to change retail selling price based on the entity’s own interest, it shall be communicated with the owner prior to change and/or any event of promotional shall discuss prior with the owner company.
‘sixdancers Malaysia’ has full flexibility to promote, to sell, to market the brand related products that upholds the brand’s reputation and maintain professional images; and should hold the responsibility to sync relevant collaboration of any related parties, provides training and educational information for all sponsors and affiliates.
Owner company shall not be liable to payment and transaction liability of ‘sixdancers Malaysia’, owner company holds the rights to monitor and advise ‘sixdancers Malaysia’, and has the right to change and terminate the ‘sixdancers Malaysia’ appointment and payment gateway, if ‘the company’ is found being discredited to users, customers, sponsors, or affiliates.
‘sixdancers Malaysia’, the company exit strategy, should notify with legal exit document with ‘the owner’ 15 days’ notice prior to exit. ‘sixdancers Malaysia’ prior to change, is liable for all related payment related duties with full responsibility before exit. Any changes in the appointed management company, shall be the decision of the owner company; if any, will be notified by the owner company. The new appointed management company shall not be liable to the exit ‘sixdancers Malaysia’ transactions, invoices, reports and liabilities for the owner, users, customers, sponsors, affiliates.
Owner company has the rights to appoint new management company to set up payment and transaction gateway, manage customer services once exit notice in the event of exit ‘sixdancers Malaysia’ has taken place, during the grace 15 days period. ‘The company’ before exit should settle within 15 days of notice period, of all transactions with users, customers, sponsors, affiliates; ‘The company’ transfers of sponsor and affiliate deposits shall be done to owner company within exit notice period. Hand off all customer information, company related inventory, shipping related products/items to new appointed ‘the company’ or owner company at own cost.
Upon exit of ‘the company’, owner company or new appointed company buyback price of the brand products shall be 50% based on the purchased price, the cost.
‘sixdancers Malaysia’, the company, shall adhere to other rules and regulation of owner company, and the contract with the owner company.

User’s, Customers Account

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password and for restricting access to your computer, in addition, agree on accepting the responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or password.

Children under the age of 16 who wish to purchase from https://mysixdancers.com are only permissible with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
All transactions conducted through https://mysixdancers.com are regarded to be in full consent and acknowledgement of the child’s parent or guardian.
Owner and sixdancers Malaysia shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind, experienced by users as a result of unauthorized use of user login and password.

Sponsor, Affiliate Account

Sponsor and affiliate are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password and for restricting access to your computer, in addition, agree on accepting the responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or password.

All transactions conducted through https://mysixdancers.com are regarded to be in full consent and acknowledgement of personal usage, sponsors and affiliates. The user shall follow up with the company ‘sixdancers Malaysia’ at affiliate column for more.
Sponsor and affiliate enter with a term and deposit, the deposit shall be refunded upon exit. Sponsor and affiliate and should be announce the wish to exit upon a notify 14-days notice period; any exit without notification terms and deposit will be void and auto termination of position.
Owner and sixdancers Malaysia shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by users as a result of unauthorized use of user login and password.
Sponsor and affiliates should maintain brand images and brand well-being as well as repuation. Sponsor and affiliates have the rights to conduct interest related promotion, provide discounts not more than 20% of retail price.
Sponsor and affiliates will be provided with product training and special discount for cooperation party’s education and training, enjoy additional services and benefits of conducts that stated otherwise.
All orders of sponsors, affiliates shall be carried out via the platform; or via event.
Any misconduct and unethical action of sponsors and affiliates, if found, shall be given a warning; and/or the owner company, ‘sixdancers Malaysia’ have the rights to terminate the duty. Sponsors and affiliate shall refer to contracts and manual for more details.

Wholesale

‘sixdancers Malaysia’ has the rights to determine wholesaler interest. Upon applying for wholesale account as a professional or retailer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You will sell sixdancers products on your website or storefront only.
sixdancers products purchased at wholesale price cannot be re-sold at Lazada, shopee or any other third-party e-commerce platforms.

Payment

Payment and transaction platform managed by ‘sixdancers Malaysia’, the company, takes full responsibility in managing transactions, invoices, reports and liabilities for the users, customers, sponsors, affiliates that involving sixdancers website accept the following direct credit and credit cards as forms of payment.

We take immediate orders online via credit card (MasterCard ™, Visa ™) and Financial Process Xchange (FPX) at the moment. All prices on this website are processed in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM).

Back-Order

Back order is term use in the web for back-order of products and items shall be diligently fulfilled within 4 weeks when pre-orders are placed, however with unforeseen circumstances for international shipment, customers pre-order shall be deemed as follow:

When placing a back order, please ensure all your billing information and address are up-to-date and accurate. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You acknowledge and agree that sixdancers Malaysia may delay or cancel the reservations subject to the terms in pre-order. You may update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by login to your user profile.
You will be charged the full Price of the Products (including shipping charges) upon placing the back order. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers (FPX); (2) Credit Card Payment (Visa, MasterCard) The purchase price does not include delivery charges which are Buyer’s responsibility (please refers to payment section).
sixdancers Malaysia will build products according to the order in which the back order is received. This placement does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the Terms, your placement will be taken by the next person on the product reservation list.
All back order items will take approximately 4 weeks estimated time of delivery (ETD). Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, it is subject to change, and sixdancers Malaysia does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date (shipping date is co-decided by the logistics company).
As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, sixdancers Malaysia is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any related delays. We will provide you updates with respect to the delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product, you may cancel your reservation (as provided on the product order page).
Customers may cancel this reservation by terminating the back order at any time for any or no reason but 50% of your total full payment for the Products will be forfeited. If sixdancers Malaysia cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the purchase price without interest.
sixdancers Malaysia reserves the right to change any of the terms of back order for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any products changes and, if you are unhappy with the changes made, your alternative will be to cancel your reservation as described in back order section.

Pricing, Shipping and Orders

Product prices listed on sixdancers Malaysia website are subject to change without advanced notice. The prices indicated for each product are exclusive of shipping charges. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are accepted.

Orders will be accepted at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Shipping charges will be added to your order once you reach the checkout stage, unless indicated otherwise (refer to shipping policy)

Out of Stock Items

If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, customer service personnel will contact or email you with an indication as to when you are likely to receive it, and offer you an alternative or should you need a refund, please indicate.

Cancellation of Order

Products sold are non-refundable, therefore we regret to inform that orders cannot be cancelled once placed and being processed. Please refer to Refund Policy for special cases. Kindly ensure you have checked and validated all details and information before you process your payment. sixdancers Malaysia reserves the rights to cancel any orders received for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.

Force Majuere

sixdancers Malayisa shall not be liable for any delay of failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay of failure results from events and circumstances outside its normal business activities, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, terrorism, fire, breakdown of plant and machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

Medical Disclosure

sixdancers products cannot be sold, used, or advertised contrary to medicals and cosmetic compliance. sixdancers products cannot be used, or advertised to diagnose or treat a medical problem. Owner company and sixdancers Malaysia are not and will not be responsible for any FDA violation or medical malpractice issues involving of user, customers, sponsors, affiliates, applicant, applicant’s clients, or applicant’s customers.
