The flowers must be harvested within 24 hours after it blooms and process to distillation as soon as possible. The distilled constituent contains Italidione, which is an element with the strongest repairing effect; it also contains Neryl Acetate that provides an excellent calming and soothing effect. Only 1 kilogram of essential oil is produced from the distillation of 100 kilogram of Helichrysum Italicum flowers, and the remaining sub-production will be Immortelle hydrosol.
